Given the public interest in the election matters that were heard by the Constitutional Court on 29 and 30 August 2023, namely, ICASA  v President of RSA and others and One Movement SA v President of RSA and others, by direction of the Chief Justice, the public is hereby informed that the parties were notified this morning that judgment in each one of those matters will be handed down on Monday, 4 December 2023 at 12h00.
